My father served on the ship, and had many great memories that he proudly recalled for me, his son, over the years. My father spoke of his duties as a Radarman, and of his experience witnessing the Operation Ivy, Bomb test in the Pacific.
My father passed away in 2001.
His name is not listed on the ships roster on your website. I have provided the pertinent information below to have his name added to the record.
